Simple 5-Step Application Process

To learn more about program eligibility, class size, teacher-to-student ratios, and more, be sure to check out our Admissions page.

Step 1: Schedule a

Campus Visit

Families have a variety of options to choose from when planning a visit to our campus. From custom observations of our current students during learning activities to our child-friendly festive Open House each fall - there is certain to be a visiting opportunity to please everyone in the family! Campus visits may be arranged via our website. Please click here to be transferred to our online scheduling tool.

Step 2: Obtain Program Application

Applications are available for families to print at home and submit to the school in person or send to us by mail. Applications may also be picked up in person by visiting the classroom.

Please limit application pick-ups and drop-offs to any time between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Step 3: Submit Program Application

Applications must be submitted by January 31st to be considered for school admission. Applications which are incomplete or are submitted after January 31st will not be accepted unless special arrangements are made in advance to accommodate the applicant. Once the school receives a family's completed packet, the school will notify the family in writing within ten business days of their child's assigned screening appointment date and time.

Step 4: Meet-and-Greet Playdate

All applicants must attend a 1.5 to 2 hour meet-and-greet playdate appointment to help determine program eligibility. This fun-filled, small group session takes place in a mini school day format and provides both parties the opportunity to get to know one another in a relaxed and genuine school environment. We will play games, enjoy snack, rotate centers, and have a fun time as we get to know your child.

In order to receive a playdate appointment, all applicants must submit their completed program application by January 31st.  Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. Playdate appointment assignments will be mailed to each applicant's home within two business weeks of application receipt.

Playdate appointments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore, applicants who submit their completed application in the most timely manner will be assigned an earlier playdate appointment than those who submit their paperwork closer to the deadline.

Step 5: Admission Status Notification

Each candidate will be notified of their admission status (program acceptance, placement in waiting pool or did not qualify) within 30 business days of the screening appointment. Candidates who are extended an offer to enroll in the program —and— candidates who are offered placement in the waiting pool will receive their admission status by mail. Families are given 5 business days from receipt of acceptance materials to notify the school of their intent to enroll their child by submitting their completed Registration Form along with the Security Deposit payment.

Submission of required paperwork and payments serves as confirmation of program placement. Candidates who did not qualify for program placement will receive a phone call from the Director.  This personal gesture allows both parties to candidly discuss the applicant's screening results and provide parents with an understanding of the school's decision.
